What are your Covid-19 safety measures?

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation we stepped up our hygiene protocol to keep our staff and customers safe. Our procedures include but are not limited to:

  • Staff temp check twice a day
  • Wash hands and sanitise every 30minutes
  • All staff must wear masks at all times
  • Clean gloves for every order
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitising all work surfaces
  • Any employee feeling unwell will be turned away

You can opt for Free Weekend Delivery or Weekday Delivery for a small fee of $20. 

Self Pickup is available on Weekdays 9AM- 5PM.
 
We work on a first come first serve basis and close orders daily at 6pm. This means that any orders that arrive after 6pm will be delivered the next day.

Where can we collect our order?

Self collection is available for next day orders at Tan Quee Lan Street, Bugis Singapore. ​

Only applicable for orders placed under self pickup.

How can we make payment?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and Paypal via site purchase. We also accept bank transfer/Paynow. To select this payment method, checkout with offline payment and paynow to 8891 6896.

What if I want to postpone my delivery slot?

Once the delivery slot is confirmed, the postponement must be communicated and confirmed at least 2 working days in advance prior to the delivery date. 

How do you deal with allergies? 

Do indicate your dietary restrictions in its designated box before you cart out. ​

While we may be able to omit items containing possible allergens ahead of time, on request, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. To find out more, refer to the non-exhaustive list of dietary restrictions in the next FAQ.

*Due to the seasonal nature of our products, some requirements may not be possible. The product will indicate possible requirements in its description.

How are your items packaged?

Our items are packaged just like our pictures. 

Every gift box comes with a message card for gifters to leave heartwarming messages.

Does the food need refrigeration?

As most of our items are highly temperature sensitive, refrigeration is required for some products. Refer to the individual item description to find out more. 

For Self Pickup, the item is to be consumed within 30mins.

Opt for insulation packing at the checkout notes.

Are you halal certified?

Although we have certain items that only contain halal certified ingredients and are made in a separate area of our kitchen with separate equipment, we are not halal certified as we also work with alcohol products.

 Is cutlery included?

Depending on the item, they may come with bamboo picks and utensils, as well as honey dippers and wooden knives that help craft the full foodie experience. 

What happened to the products you used to sell?

All of our items are seasonal and will be replaced by new ideas as we go along. If an item you liked is no longer available, drop us a message and we will do our best to retrofit a solution for you.

 


 

What happens if I fail to receive my delivery?

It is important upon delivery that someone is present to receive the items as most of our items are extremely temperature sensitive.

If for any reason you are not present at the time of delivery or where you have provided an incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete delivery address, we will endeavor to re-deliver. However, this will be subject to a redelivery fee of $20.

When we say you win, it means your current box is technically free. You win another box of treats of the same value.

First, take a snapshot of your win. We can't verify your win without visual proof as the winning items are dispatched at random.
